Answer: The nonprofit organizations do not have an intention of making profit but to achieve some Nobel goals. Therefore when they search for a corporate partner they should evaluate the partner based on these criteria

  1. The organizational goals and values of both the organizations should have some alignment
  2. The venture should help both the organizations to achieve some of their goals and objectives
  3. The brand image of both the organizations should be consistent with each other
  4. The corporate partner should agree with the requirements of the financial and other types of donations by the non profit
  5. The corporate partner that the nonprofit seeks to align with should not have a bad image at the marketplace
