Will the hospital disclose your health information to outside companies or to your employer! Justify this statement in your own words from confidentiality and privacy perspective?

The hospital management should take reasonable care and skill to not to let the information of an employee to any third party.

It should not let go out of the premises as it is a personal information of an individual.

Hence privacy should be maintained in case of information of an individual.

It cannot be let out to other companies without the approval of the employee.

In case the employer, the employer has the duty to take medical insurance premium on account of the employee, then the employee need to present his health records on his own.

Even if the employer asks the hospital management of the information, they should not let them out. It should be provided only on the approval of the employee unless otherwise ptovide by the law.
