There can be many reason for Dysfunctional corporate culture in an organisation. It can happen when there is no clear vision of the company. The firm should promote debate and challenges in the organisation to improve communication in the organisation. High Turnover rate should also be avoided. For example, - If an organisation will not consider debates and opinions of the employees of the organisation, then it will affect their communication.
