The Dominant Culture in a general public is the gathering whose individuals are in the greater part or who employ more power than different gatherings. In the United States, the predominant culture is that of white, working class, Protestant individuals of northern European plunge. There are more white individuals here than African Americans, Latinos, Asian Americans, or Native Americans, and there are more working class individuals than there are rich or needy individuals.

America depends on the need for opportunity and opportunity. Our opportunity enables us to be various and have the option to have and encounter a wide range of societies, convictions, and qualities. American culture is the arrangement of each culture on the planet. American convictions are in a wide range of things, for example, opportunity, religion, and qualities. Some American qualities are uniformity, freedom, and self-government.

In America, we value our opportunity of religion which enables us to have faith in what we pick. For instance, " Nearly every realized religion is polished in the United States… around 71 percent of Americans distinguish themselves as Christians… 23 percent had no religious alliance at all and 6 percent of the populace is made up non-Christian religions. We likewise accept unequivocally in our qualities.

Qualities are your measures or standards. Normally these are things you've grown up with. They're what your parent or guardians have instructed you to be correct or off-base. Some American qualities are independence, protection, uniformity, freedom, self-government, and time. For instance, "They have been prepared since all around early age in their lives to view themselves as discrete people who are in charge of their own circumstances throughout everyday life and their own destinies"(Key American Values). Another model is the expression "Time is cash." The shared trait of this expression demonstrates that Americans unequivocally esteem their time.
