Answer: In the United States the culture of dying is one of denial attitude. Many Americans do not like to talk about the death, even in the matter of wills, the treatment of death is like optional for them.

This culture is led due to the American's elderly population has more than double in size as compared to the last century and most of the Americans are expected to live well into their seventies. The average life expectancy in the United States is now 78 years. Race greatly affects the wills of people want to fight with disease to stay alive in great pain. Many people consider that infants should get well treatment incase of life threatening birth defects. Whereas religion and race greatly affects people's response to the idea of a bearing pain.
