No, it can't be under the present system

Not every person begins at a similar level. In a meritocracy, there would need to be a level playing field. At this moment the plain fortunate can give gigantic focal points for their children, for example, paying for top notch instruction, family arranges, assets for being a decent parent, and purchasing a decent adolescence. The poor then again, must stress over things, for example, getting enough to eat .

Luck assumes a major job in this. One must be born to the correct guardians. Indeed, even in enterprise and finding an occupation, luck assumes a major job in one's prosperity. Openings frequently emerge because of luck.

There are different issues. Office politics is an example . The most equipped frequently don't ascend to the best. Rather regularly a mix of fortunes and having the capacity to play office legislative issues can cause individuals who in a meritocracy would not be on top to be in influential positions.
