1. How can culture facilitate change?

2. Describe an effective change management program.

3. Cite a recent change within your organization. What was your reaction? How did you cope with change?

Answer 1- Culture plays a significant role in the facilitation of change. If the organization welcomes the openness, innovation, and involvement of the employees in the decision-making exercise, there will be a greater acceptance of any possible change among the employees. The organization must have a culture of free and open communication, the top management supports the opinions of the employees then this culture really helps in boosting any initiative that is done for implementing the change.

Answer 2= An effective change management program adapts a well developed and structured process and it employs a comprehensive and inclusive set of methods in order to facilitate the changes both tat the organization level and also at the individual level. Effective change management needs two sorts of perspective which are organizational perspective and the individual perspective.

The individual perspective mainly deals about the manner in which change is treated by the individual employee, while the organizational perspective mainly deals with the different activities and processes used by the change agents in order to successfully implement the change in the organization

Answer 3= recently the organization decided to change the performance evaluation process to 360-degree method Most of the employees were not aware of this plan and they started to panic about what impact will it have on their performance appraisal.

In order to mage this change, the management decided to provide the training to all the individuals and started to have the moke evaluation. This really helped in reducing the pressures being exerted by the proposed change.
