It has changed greatly after the session because earlier I used to have an anxiety and started overthinking and now my heart rate is normal unlike earlier
It had been changing since the first day of the experiment and in 3 weeks i am completely normal
3.earlier my stress level were high because I used to take everything quiet seriously and used to overthink but since the beginning of the sessions I am quiet normal and have started feeling normal heart and breathing rate
4 practising the techniques helped me getting focused and not getting anxiety again so I have very reduced amount of stress now and all the credit goes to sessions
