Answer #1

Answer 1:

Let us take into consideration the unguided meditation by yourself.

The stress reducing technique helped me in gaining the new perspective over the stressful situations. It helps in keeping mind calm and creates a motivational sense in the psychology. It increases self awareness and helps in focusing. Meditation reduces negative emotions and increases imagination and creativity. It also increases patience and tolerance. All these psychological changes helps in perfectly balancing the personal life and work life and relieves the person from getting stressed and pressurised and helps him in making better decisions.

Answer 2:

Yes I do notice the changes in the heart rate before and after meditation every day I performed the activity. Overall, it has shown the cumulative change as I performed the activity over 3 weeks. When I haven’t started the meditation activity, my heartbeat was 160 bpm in normal situation and now, after 3 weeks of meditation, my heartbeat has changed to 90 bpm.

Answer 3:

Over the three weeks of meditation, I have experienced that my stress level has surged to very minimum level. 20 minutes of meditation has resulted into lowering of heartbeat and blood pressure. This has contributed to the gradual reduction of the stress level from day one to the last day of 3rd week.

Answer 4:

Practicing the technique has helped me in reducing over my stress and now after 3 weeks, I feel highly relaxed and stress less and energetic for my work. While reacting on any situation, I study the situation in a very calm manner and try to find out the rationale behind the situation. This helps me in solving the situation without taking any kind of stress over my mind. These psychological changes have been occurred as a result of meditation technique that I have practiced over 3 weeks.
