  • Yes, it is so true that positive corporate culture will always treat their positivity as an investment. Let me give an example and explain it so that it gets more clear to everyone as we proceed further.
  • Suppose, you are a job-seeker and have interviewed many places but got confirmation from only two firms. Now, let me elaborate on these two firms for you. The first firm is top-notch and considers many facilities or so-called employee benefits such as good medical facilities, leaves, no boundaries on time, etc.
  • The other firm has considered employees with bounded time, strict rules, no freedom on leaves, strict HR policies, etc. So, now we can see that the first company is from the positive group and the second company is from the negative group. You will always decide to choose the first company over the second because it is beneficial for you providing you somewhat freedom.
  • So, see this is how the positive corporate culture can be seen as an investment as they don't have to waste their time on gathering talent pool by showing them fancy payscales but they just show the freedom quality that is surrounded in their offices which makes the employees comfortable.
  • When the old employees will tell the job-seekers about the environment they will also be knowing about the company and how people work there under what circumstances which will let them also apply to the company capturing all the quality employees towards them.
  • This will act for them as a competitive differentiator and will also save their money on various factors such as advertising for good employees, arranging bigger job pools, etc.

Hence, this is how the positive culture at corporate can be viewed as an investment and competitive differentiator for attracting quality employees and customers too.
