We are given the different turning movements. Clearly it is a T junction with flow arrows like below

Assume it is a signalized junction, then we know the delay thresholds for different LOS as follows

8 Signalized Intersections Average Control Delay (secs/veh) <= 10 >10-20 >20- 35 >35 - 55 >55 - 80 > 80 Uow

So calculate movement LOS and approach LOS for each approach as follows, and then look up the LOS table above and write the LOS.

Approach delay = ((Volume in an movement) * (Delay of that movement))/ Sum of volumes on all movements. So we can calculate it as follows
