Assume that this is a signalized intersection

So the thresholds for LOS for a signalized intersection are as follows. This table is based on HCM 2010.

Level of Service Average Control Delay (seconds/vehicle) 510 > 10 - 20 >20-35 E F >35-55 >55 - 80 >80

So movement LOS can be calculated based on this as follows.

Intersection delay = ((Volume in an movement) * (Delay of that movement))/ Sum of volumes on all movements.So we can calculate it as follows
