Answer #1

3) if we want to connect stepper motor to plc then we must choose motor driver. Here we must note that running anything is not the main problem but running something with efficient and without problem is the main thing. Therefore if we have relay at the output we can connect motor but it will not give you perfect rotation of stepper motor and if we use driver it will give corresponding frequency and clean pulses to perfect rotation. Therefore it is not necessary to use driver but if we want to get better results we must use stepper motor driver.

Note- please find me in comment box if you find any difficulty. In ladder program I have used input I:0/0 and lamp output O:0/0 and a memory element or coil whatever we can say M1. Good luck

A baking oven conveyor system (to bring raw dough through an oven to bake bread) needs the ladder logic to be built for proper function. Here is the sequence of events: a. A Conveyor Motor relay output will start (and will be latched/set on) when a normally open pushbutton (Start Conveyor) or a normally open sensor (Package Sensor) energizes. A normally closed E-Stop (Emergency Stop) push button that is not energized is in series with the aforementioned circuit components. b....

In this exercise we want you to apply your knowledge of Relay Logic Instructions to design a program which will control the garage door system. The Door System includes: • A reversible Motor (Q4.0 moves the motor up and Q4.1 moves the motor down) • A pair of Limit Switches (I0.3 for top limit switch (LS1) and I0.4 for bottom limit switch (LS2) ) • An Operator Control Panel (Three pushbutton open (I0.0), close (I0.1), and stop (I0.2) , and...

Why can't we design a combinational digital logic circuit to control a light so that the light changes state any time its "push-button" switch is pressed? (Press and release the button, and the light changes state. Press and release again, and the light changes state again.) Try to list as many properties this circuit needs to have that we cannot model as you can! Reminder: a "combinational digital logic circuit" takes one or more boolean inputs and feeds them through...
