let EF be sero at x units from 2 uC charge

so at this point as EF = 0

E 1 = E2

so

Kq1/x^2 = Kq2/(0.1-x)^2

(0.1-x)/x = sqrt(2.2/2)

0.1-x = 1.048 x

2.048 x = 0.1

x = 0.1/2.048

x = 4.88 cm      from   2uC charge , EF is zero
