Education
There is an increasing realization and recognition that empowering women is an urgent need of the hour. In most countries, including African American , social reformers and leaders have been doing a lot towards empowering women. Education, determination and courage help women break the shackles of socio- cultural taboos. Emancipation and empowerment of women is the prime important in every society.
According to Christine Lagarde "What is needed to change this picture is a concerted effort to open the door to opportunity with what i call the 3 Ls of women's empowerment : learning labour and leadership." Education is the foundation stone which any change is built. So i will choose education for every women that can help to realize their potentiality.
Equal pay for equal work
Recent researchers show that eliminating gender gaps in economic participation can bring an increasing per capital income. Labour facilitates women to become strong. Providing better work place, equal paying, status, security jobs helps women to achieve greater economic independence. All are equal infront of law and also god.
Giving motivation
Motivation is an another key factor to empowering women. Helen Boaden, J.K. Rowling, Marycom, Smitha patel, mother teresa... etc those make a signature in history with their dreams. So we should have a dream and an aim. By providing motivation, inspiration classes help to realize herself. It increases the self confidence.
