Equivalent resistance = R1 + R2 + R3

= 8.36 + 9.68 + 5.94

= 23.98 Ohm

Current = Voltage / resistance = 19 / 23.98 = 0.79 A

Potential across R2 = I*R2 = 0.792*9.68 = 7.67 V
