1.e. Assigning task to different work stations is done in order to remove bottleneck and this is done by balancing the assembly line.

2.e. Capacity flexibility means within the specific capacity the ability to either increase or decrease the production levels.

3.b. Work sampling is the technique by which we ascertain the OEE, proportion of time devoted by resources to an activity, and eventually determine the capacity of the process/ line/ facility.
