symmetric, tongue midline.
Motor: Limited exam, but he moves all extremities
equally and spontaneously.
Sensory: grimaces to pin prick in all 4 extremities
and face bilaterally.
Reflexes: DTRs symmetric, 2/4 throughout, bilateral
flexor plantar responses, no Hoffman's sign, no ankle clonus
Gait/Coordination not tested
