You have recently been promoted and are the companys new Human Resources Manager. You have offices in Canada, the United States, and South Korea. How will you evaluate different compensation packages fro employees who are located in each country. Please justify your responses with research on compensation for each country.

As the human resource manager of the global organiation it is my duty to ensure that the resources receive compensation and benefits based on company policy and also based on the economic factors of the country in which the organization operates. As the organization operates in Canada, the United States and South Korea, it is obvious that the compensation of employees cannot be the same for all instead the package will differ based on the requirement if the employees and also the conomic factors of a country as well. In USA the compensation will be maximum depending upon the type of job is being done and if we consider the currency to be US dollar which is the reference then the compensation on a hourly basis would be maximum for USA, and then Canada and finally South Korea. This compensation is done considering various factors that include the expense of living and various other economical factors as well which contribute towards such a compensation plan hourly.
