Cloud based file sharing reduces the companies and employees from many overheads like using vpn's or maintaining FTP setvers etc. Cloud based systems and make it easy to upload files to share with friends or colleagues, access remotely (on any device), or store for later. There are many cloud based tools available in the market, some are free, some are paid and some provide free storage upto some GBs and charge for extra storage.
