40. Chondrodendrom tomentosum is the source of d-tubo-curarine.

Tubocurarine is a toxic alkaloid found in the bark of the South American plant Chondrodendron tomentosum. It was used as an arrow poison by South American natives to hunt animals. It is a neuromuscular non depolarizing agent that causes skeletal muscles to relax. In medicine, it was earlier used in conjunction with an anaesthetic during surgery, but nowadays it is used as an adjunct (supplement), as safer alternatives like rocuronium are now available.
