The root cause of not having knowledge or preparing students when it comes to dangerous situations is that the schools believe that no one would want to harm little school going children as they do not have any money or anything with them. The chances of such instances had been close to nil in the past and that is why the need to incorporate this in the school curriculum was not there.

The schools are at fault in this because once the kids are in school premises, they are the sole responsibility of the school authorities. They need to make sure that everyone in the school needs to be prepared for anything that can happen anytime in the school, as the world is not a safe place for anyone today.

For e.g. the Peshawar (Pakistan) school bombing or the Houston school bombing instances show how the school authorities were not prepared for any such situation, which ended up killing of lots of innocent children within the school premises.

The solution to such a situation is:

· Make sure the entire facility of the school premises is covered under CCTV camera footage and all the exterior area of the school needs to be checked under the CCTV recording constantly for any suspicious activity

· High security system must be installed for the entire school area and building

· Armed watchmen need to be present in all school entry and exit gates along with proper fencing of the entire school area

· Teachers must be provided with personal guns (to be taken and kept in school premises) during the school hours

· Teachers must be provided with proper training to help cope and be prepared for such situations

· Students must be provided training on how to behave under such circumstances and how not to panic

· Parents must be counselled to teach students what to do in case of such situations

Since situations cannot be changed or avoided, but we can always prepare ourselves for the worst.

"Many people hear the phrase "influencer marketing" and think of celebrities and high- priced sponsored posts. But the most effective influencers don't always have millions of followers; in fact, micro-influencers can help create awareness about—and drive sales for— your brand Working with a micro-influencer means you'll likely reach smaller audiences, but those audiences will be highly targeted. And follower counts are not as important as engagement rates to social media algorithms that display (or don't) your brand's content. An infographic...
