Inclusion:

Inclusion is a term used to define the state of accepting something or someone to a group that already exists. This is an important term used to emphasize the nature of acceptance mostly as social beings. In the social context, every individual needs to comprehend the basic right i.e. inclusion as it breaks every barrier of discrimination such as race, gender, culture, tradition, religion, etc in an environment.

Inclusion can be applied in almost every institutional structure and organized structure to ensure that all kinds of individuals are accepted regardless of any shortcomings. Inclusion elevates values like respect for individuals, empathy, and tolerance. Even in organizations, schools, small groups, and teams, inclusion improves the morale of the individuals and enhances productivity and cooperation among them.

The rationale behind why inclusion adds all positive aspects to the individuals is that it promotes ideas, honesty, and transparency. An environment is created where every individual feels just as valued as the other and this idea needs to be communicated everywhere. This environment supports every individual that might have not been given an opportunity to voice opinions or statements because of certain barriers. Inclusion is fundamental to the well-being of the human race in general. The path to progress and growth in any structure or group of individuals lies in the ability to have more constructive feedbacks and a productive environment where the input of every individual is given the same amount of weightage. All these barriers that hinder the progress of humanity and social groups, in general, can only be broken down by Inclusion.
