The balanced equation for the preparation of ammonium phosphate is

      3NH3 + H3PO4 ----> (NH4)3PO4

thus one mole of phosphoric acid produces one mole of ammonium phsophate

that is 98 g of phosphorica cid gives 149g of ammonium phosphate

     Then 4.4 g gives = 4.4 x 149/98 = 6.689 g of ammonium phosphate
