  • Patient Empowerment
  • Increase in Biosimilars

The operations management tools and techniques further that used to address effectiveness challenge, those are as stated below:

  • Design of Goods and services
  • Quality Management Practices
  • Inventory management and location strategy

Now let me describe about the challenges with supporting Information and how various factors are Impacting Pharmaceutical Industries, those are as stated below:

Previously Patients are highly depending on doctors for the purpose of diagnosis, now various Information are available online and patients can gain Insights from other sources as well, Patients also become more aware about the treatment and they chose the one that best fit for them, doctors have lost in terms of Influencing various patients, hence, It has become challenge for Pharmaceutical companies, so, they need to find new way to get their medicine marketed and sold, Pharmaceutical companies need to empower patients to win in such battle, they should improve the engagement level of patients and understand the needs of patients, further Pharmaceutical companies should improve communication practices so, they can build the better communication channel for patients and they can take call, suggestions and grievances from patients in formal and effective way,

Further, Biosimilar products are also creating greater impacts on the Pharmaceutical Industries, such increase of biosimilar products that has created many options for patients and Patients can get similar products at lower cost, hence, this factors significantly impacted pharmaceutical Industry, there is evolving of various manufacturer those are specialized in generics products and biosimilar products,

Further, Pharmaceutical companies should improve their supply chain conditions and Design of goods and services with effective quality management practices that can help many way to combat the challenges.
