Think about the six-trait characteristics of effective leadership (Vision, optimism, adaptability, confidence, strong communication skills, decisiveness). Which do you feel is most significant to effective leadership? Please share an example of a leader that you've worked under who exhibited this trait and how it impacted their success.

I personally think vision is the most significant trait which makes a leadership effective as leadership is all about inspiring people around you, as they thought they could never do things. The workplace I was working taught me a perfect trainer is the one who can lead and inspire you as a leader. She used to set the goals with some exciting gifts or surprises which used to motivate us and that vision was the ultimate goal which entire team had to achieve. At times, we used to think we won't be able to achieve but with her motivation and inspiring she could set the vision in front of us and we all together used to achieve it.
