8. Where is the default web root of Apache (on Ubuntu)?

The default root for Apache on Ubuntu

1.Versions below 13.10
=> /var/www/

2. Versions 13.10 and above
=> /var/www/html/

And since 13.10 had long been unsupported so the 1st one doesn't really matter. I mentioned here just for knowledge sake.
