length of the cylinder is 30 inches and the pressure is 3000 psi

so maximum load can be exerted on the power stroke with 3000 psi is = pressure * area of the cylinder

area of the given cylinder is 510.51 inc^2

= 3000psi*510.51 inch2

= 1531530 lbs
