Make a drawing of a drosophila embryo as observed before pole cell formation and indicate orientation

We have considered the morphology of cores in Drosophila fetuses amid the syncytial blastoderm stages. Cores in living incipient organisms were seen with differential impedance differentiate optics; moreover, both detached cores and settled arrangements of entire fetuses were analyzed subsequent to recoloring with a DNA-explicit fluorescent color. We find that: (a) The atomic volumes increment significantly amid interphase and after that diminish amid prophase of each atomic cycle, with the greatness of the atomic volume increment being most noteworthy for those cycles with the briefest interphase.

(b) Oxygen deprivation of embryos produces a rapid developmental arrest that is reversible upon reaeration. During this arrest, interphase chromosomes condense against the nuclear envelope and the nuclear volumes increase dramatically. In these nuclei, individual chromosomes are clearly visible, and each condensed chromosome can be seen to adhere along its entire length to the inner surface of the swollen nuclear envelope, leaving the lumen of the nucleus devoid of DNA.

(c) In each interphase core the chromosomes are situated in the "telophase arrangement," with all centromeres and all telomeres at inverse posts of the core; all cores at the incipient organism outskirts (with the special case of the post cell cores) are arranged with their centromeric shafts indicating the incipient organism outside.

dorsal-ventral hub detail dorsal/ventral pivot assurance dorsoventral hub determination

The foundation, upkeep and elaboration of the dorsal/ventral pivot. The dorsal/ventral pivot is characterized by a line that runs symmetrical to both the foremost/back and left/right tomahawks. The dorsal end is characterized by the upper or rear of a creature. The ventral end is characterized by the lower or front side of a life form.
