Chick-Fil-A is one of the leading chains of fast food in U.S. Till 2018 it was considered most profitable chains of fast food in U.S. The major objective of the company is determined to serve quality food and customer service.

The effect of the boycotts on the market success of Chick-Fil-A can be coercive. During the time Chick-Fil-A supported the biblical definition of marriage, it faced boycott. These boycotts hampered the brand image and market success of the company to core.

After the incidence, Chick-Fil-A implemented robust customer engagement strategy to avoid any such issues in future. The optimal formation of its strategy is the corrective and preventive measures taken after the issues occurred in order to avoid any such situation in the future.
