First thing frst, IR should have been recorded as a plot between Transmitance and wavenumber but has been recordes as Absorbance v/s wavenumber. Both are interconvertible that is not a problem,
Follwing information can be had using the given IR spectrum,
peak around 3015 and 3055 cm-1 could be due alphaitic -CH absorbtion.Since, there is no prominent peak between 1600 and 1800 cm-1 which rules out the presence of any carbonyl functional group in the Ir spectrum
Futher peak around 1100 cm-1 could be due C-O absorption,
