Both NH3 and H2O molecules are polar molecules (have a dipole moment). Therefore the forces acting between these two is hydrogen Bonding as hydrogen of NH3 is bonded to O of H2O and the hydrogen of H2O is bonded to N of NH3.

Therefore correct answer is B.
