Ans- There are numerous benefits of happy workforce like increased efficiency, productivity, lower employee turnover ratio etc. I would like to implement some ideas that are in my mind to keep my organizational workforce happy and productive, which are as follows:
• Plan for good work life balance: As, in today's organization due to excessive work work life balance of employees has been disturbed. So, I would like to plan the work in such manner that both employee and organization can come in win-win situation.
• Praise for their work: Everyone in this world want to be praised and recognized for their good work. This makes the employees confident, encouraged.
• Offer two way communication: Downward communication makes the environment of the organization monotonous. I would like to offer two way communication, as sometimes suggestion of employees works, and employees feel connected to their leader too, hence motivated and happy.
• Believe in my employees: In today's organizations we can easily see at the workplace employees are treated sceptical. If this mistrust is removed and organization start to believe in their employees, then it will make them happy and will reinforce the productivity.
• I would like implement such rules that will help them in their personal and professional growth like skill development, offering perks, flexible working hours etc within organization's capacity.
