Employee recognition programs are the programs where an employer appreciates their employees for their contribution to the company and reward them in any way such as gifts, bonus etc., These recognition programs help in encouraging the employee to contribute more to the company and help in it's development. These programs are often seen in companies . Employers conduct a meeting or a get together and reward some employees for their best performance . Such programs encourages other employees also to give their best and compete with others.
