No the mass will not have an effect on how fast it rolls down the slope. This is because, irrespective of heavier or lighter, the masses will roll down with the same acceleration towards the bottom.

Yes, the shape will definately effect on how fast the body rolls down the slope. This is because they will have different moment of inertia, the hollow cylinder will have greater moment of inertia and filled in will have smaller moment of inertia. The one with lower moment of inertia will roll fast.

Yes the radius will have effect on how fast the cylinder rolls down the slope, this is because the bigger the radius, the bigger will be the moment of inertia and lesser will be the rotation rate.
