The success of the interview and it's approach depends a lot on the interviewer and the ability of the interviewer as well, for example if the interviewer tends to have a lot of control in the process, the interview oughta to be structured and if the amount of control is less, it will be unstructured where the interviewer will have more independence in their behavior as well.
