Interview is the means by which individuals would be absorbed and recruited in the organization and therefore it needs to be very important for the organization to define the specific parameters that needs to be evaluated with the help of an interview. The success of the interview and it's approach depends a lot on the interviewer and the ability of the interviewer as well, for example if the interviewer tends to have a lot of control in the process, the interview oughta to be structured and if the amount of control is less, it will be unstructured where the interviewer will have more independence in their behavior as well. The structure depends quite a lot on how the interviewer exhi it's control.
