Motivation, in succinct terms, is the determination to complete a task in order to achieved a desired goal/objective.
Employees can express motivation by showing full potential to the employers. And, they can express motivation by displaying qualities of that of Organization Citizen behavior (OCB), wherein an employee feels associated with the organization to an extent where they have a sense of belonginess.
They also express motivation by being effective followers and giving substantial and good input, which is predominantly to give impetus to not only the companies output, but also their personal growth.
