Strengths:

• This brand is well-known.
• The service is very high, drivers and cars have been verified. The service offered by Uber Black customers is very strong.
• Has a boundless vehicle fleet. Uber shall not be subject to regular taxi service regulations.
• Uber doesn't have drivers in full-time. There are no obligations for workers because it does not hire drivers.
• It's quite low operating costs. A dispatcher is not required because it relies on customer-to-driver interaction.
• Very little rivalry.-Very little competition. Lyft is the biggest competitor.
• Uber will track and pick highly rated drivers as the cashless payment system is used. It has many other attributes such as easy access to a vehicle and spending record.
• The method of dual rating increases confidence and security.
• For the passengers, the device is easy. You can work flexible hours, and you can even look for part-time workers. Unwanted clients can also be refused by drivers.
• Taxi operators have lower prices than conventional.
• Uber's high assessment. Many are willing to invest in it.

Weaknesses:

• It is quick to replicate the idea. Nothing will avoid the introduction of the same commodity by rivalry.
• Ethically, Uber is uncertain about his relationship with the passengers. It has nothing to do with it. So Uber and its drivers are expected to be quite loyal to each other.
• Sadly, the company has no connection with its client. Uber's incentive to stay is weak.
• There are very high operating cost of cars. Nonetheless, the drivers earn so little.
• Many market trends are unpredictable.
• Privacy concerns exist. Records where the taxi is provided by the client. He also knows where he's headed.

Opportunities:

• Consumers are often dissatisfied with traditional cab companies, owing to high prices and the long wait.
• It can benefit from new and wide markets with inconvenient and costly taxi services in countries such as India.
• Will take advantage of growing markets in non-taxi neighborhoods.
• The increase in Uber drivers lowers the estimated time of arrival. It's more fun using Uber. The business would raise more and therefore support drivers.
• The value could be increased. There should be more buyers. It gives Uber extra money to work.
• Electric cars can be used in less expensive environments. The cost will be high and the driver profit margin improved.
• Additional services can be provided, such as transport of older patients to the hospital, transportation of children to school and transport of animals into the vet.

Threats:

• With the low-profit margins drivers aren't happy. This could lead to bad ads. In turn, this can discourage the new drivers.
• For countries such as Germany, some new legislation would bar Uber from running.
• Local government issues can lead to fines. It's going to get bad PR too.
• Increased competition would eventually reduce costs. It discourages drivers from joining new markets in the company. This contributes to consumer failure. Uber's income is going to decline.
• Fraud and controversies are also rising as new markets and drivers enter. The brand is toxic.
• Automobiles, e.g. Google Cars, will eliminate Uber's need.
• Overvaluation can result in overinvestment in areas where companies of the same kind have no space.
