When we connect Resistors in Series, we obtain maximum Resistance.

Equivalent Resistance of 3 resistors ,  R_{eq} = R_1 + R_2 + R_3

For 'n' equal Resistances,   R_{eq} = nR

   \Rightarrow R_{eq} = 3*2.00 = 6.00 \Omega   ................ Option d.

When we connect Resistors in Parallel, we obtain minimum Resistance.

Equivalent Resistance of 3 resistors,   \frac{1}{R_{eq} } = \frac{1}{R_1} + \frac{1}{R_2} + \frac{1}{R_3}

For 'n' equal Resistances,    R_{eq} = \frac{R}{n}

  \Rightarrow R_{eq} = \frac{2.00}{3} = 0.67\Omega   ................ Option a.
