Answer #1

Answer:

Given statement

cat 2 = 3*8^(6/2)+8/4-5^1

solve the cat2 value use BODMAS rule

B= brackets

O= order power of

D= division

M= multiplication

A= addition

S= subtraction

cat 2 = 3*8^(6/2)+8/4-5^1

In this above equation firstly we solve order of power then the equation becomes

\Rightarrow cat 2 = 3*512+8/4-5 (\because 8^(6/2) = 8^(3) = 512)

\Rightarrow cat 2 = 3*512+2-5

\Rightarrow cat 2 = 1536+2-5

\Rightarrow cat 2 =1538-5

\Rightarrow cat 2 = 1533

\therefore  cat 2 = 1533
