Sustentacular cells are primarily association with structural support.

Sertoli cells in the testis is example of it.

It is located in the wall of seminiferous tubule and supplies nutrition to the developing germ cells.

Leydig cell produce testosterone in response to luteinising hormone.

Spermatocytes carry half of an organisms genetic material.
