DISTINCT metabolic flow enables large -scale purification of mouse and human pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes. basically the pluripotent stem cell are those cella which are self-replicating and they developed from human fetal tissue and further they develop new cells and also develop into germ layer .but they are unable to develop extra -embryonic tisssue such as placenta..,we all know that how much advanced we are now today but the ratio of death by heart diseases are high,but now we discovered pluripotent cells to minimize the cardiac related diseases due to regenerative property of these cell,heart -regenerative therapy are used but these cells are unable to generate highly purified cardiomyocytesin sufficient quantity . A nongeetic method for mas -producing cardiomyocytes from mouse and human PSC derivatives that is based on the marked biochemical differences in glucose and lactate metabolism between cardiomyocytes and non -cardiomyocytes includeundifferentiated cells; Significance of this method -less risk of tumors in heart after transplantation ,the cardiomyocytes are obtained by this method are highly pure and less risk of any diseases .. Result-this tecnology may be help in PSC derived cardiomyocytes may be progress toward PSC cardiac regenerative technique
