P.S - The slope of a velocity-time graph represents the acceleration of the object.

From time t = 0 to t = 20 s, Cycle is moving most rapidly , as the acceleration is maximum btw that time , clearly evident from the slope of the graph.

B)
At t = 45 s, Cycle is at max distance from it's starting point. After this velocity turns negative and cycle starts moving back to it's starting point thus distance starts reducing.
