For Hardy Weinberg equilibrium p+q+r = 1

Here 0.334+ 0.159+ 0.507 = 1

and

p² + 2pq + q² + 2qr + r² + 2pr = 1

0.111+0.106+0.025+0.161+0.257+0.338 = 1
