In 2011, Tim Cook's replacement as Apple's CEO was even more stressful than he anticipated. The departure from Steve Job leaves Tim Cook a great question to guide Apple's future. After Tim Cook took over Job's role as CEO of Apple, the demand for Apple increased. At first, the future of Apple was dubious since no one knew how far Cook leads Apple. The public's concerns about the company's lead emphasize it, as it was to fight other rivals. Then Tim Cook tried out his own approaches by innovative products invention.


While the findings were unpredictably weak in the short term, Tim Cook has his own way of thought based on long-term guidance. He trusts his innovative workers who have new features on the market that Apple's product will surely create sparks on the market that is, in fact, increasing apple demand after the developments. As a result, equity markets have risen to a market capitalization of up to 700 dollars well worth.


According to this constant refrain, "Apple can't innovate under Tim," we can appreciate that replacing Job's prestigious job is not simple for Cook. People do not believe that he never will lead Apple so big as Job to conquer Google's Android by low-cost iPhone development. The other limitation is that it has been difficult to persuade the customer and control Apple's staff not previously to specialize in the relevant background but an operational background. Cook and Steve Jobs have different leadership capabilities in various respects as a recent and current CEO at Apple. Cook is egalitarian in leadership, thinking his staff, and Jobs is autocratic and canny. Collaboration and enthusiastic staff ideas are the subjects of democratic leadership. Cook said that he and his staff would do their things, says the senior vice president of Internet applications and services. He is conscious and interested at the end or where necessary, but he engaged in jobs from the outset. Tim Cook respects his staff and empowers them to operate independently while Steve Jobs gets little or no details from his employees.


Tim Cook is slightly different from Steve Jobs in leading Apple, as Cook finds an emotional strategy but has similar expectations on the goods and their long-term orientation. By democracy, Cook trusts the feelings of his staff, thoughts before a decision is taken.


While Apple's business faced several obstacles, he will optimistically overcome them with his team. Cook told Williams, the Senior Operations Vice President, that he would see what he can gain from it, for example, and not bat a thousand as the organization faced a GTAT lawsuit. For example. Cook also uses different means to increase awareness about its teams and Apple's goods with a low profile while highlighting social issues, such as civil rights and sexual discrimination. Since declaring publicly he was the first openly g*y CEO in the Fortune 500, he became a g*y and personally recognized as a CEO who took over Steve Job's business.


In comparison, Steve Jobs had an autocratic personality, preferred to control all decisions personally, and was little consulted by staff. Jobs mandated that his employees be distinguished from the criticism of his staff. He fired without warning his workers, did not compensate his employees a salary for their dismissal when he fired individuals in Pixar to reduce their pay. We can see that Jobs was a bad boss and did not respect the feelings of his workers. Like Cookin's conclusion, they have two leadership types, but in Apple, they were both powerful and successful. Given the ruthlessness of Employment and the openness of Cook in handling their staff and businesses, they also seek to enhance and popularize Apple's items.
