Your Ruttle Sandwich Maker that I ordered is absolutely worthless it smells awful when I use it like burnt electrical wiring when I turn it on and one side does not heat at all.
I expect some satisfaction or you’ll be really sorry.

We thank you for the letter in reference to the defective merchandise.
After thorough examination, we have identified that there have been a batch of production with the various defects and it appears that one of those must have been purchased by you. We regret this error on our part and apologize for the inconveniences caused. Rest assured, we have tested other production batches and have found no fault in them. We will be more than happy to replace the sandwich maker with a different batch and the new sandwich maker should be on your way.
