For\ Actors\\ x = 38 \\ \bar x = 47.7 \\ \sigma = 7.2 \\ So \ Z = \frac{X - \bar x}{\sigma} = \frac{38- 47.7}{7.2} = 1.3472

For\ Actresses\\ x = 48 \\ \bar x = 32.6 \\ \sigma = 10.5 \\ So \ Z = \frac{X - \bar x}{\sigma} = \frac{48- 32.6}{10.5} = 1.4667

So Z score for actor = 1.35 and z score for actress = 1.47 So the actress has more extreme z value.
