We wish to perform a torsion test on such a tissue, but measuring the applied torque is difficult because of the small size. Assume that we can use the device in Fig. 4.20, that the wire is made of copper, and that the distance between points A and B is 15 mm. Also assume ΘΑ and OB are measurable, their difference being ~90°. If the maximum torque achieved is -0.5 mN mm, find an appropriate diameter for the wire.
