Basis of land = $ 22,000

gain on distribution = 82,000 - 22,000 = $ 60,000

Chang will be allocated his share of gain i.e $ 60,000

And Chang will consider on land will be $ 82,000

The AAA of Turnip's will be reduced by the fair of Land $ 82,000

Tax impact on Chang of the distributed land = $ 82,000 x 15% = $ 12,300
