w = 0.32 rad/s
w' = 2.8 rad/s
alpha = 0.54 rad/s
hence rotated angle = theta
2*theta*alpha = w'^2 - w^2
theta = (2.8^2 - 0.32^2)/2*0.54
theta = 7.16444 radians
